Where do we deliver?

We ship throughout the UK including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Highlands of Scotland and the Isle of Man (delivery times may vary).

How much is delivery?

We offer two shipping methods for your order, free of charge 2nd Class to most UK addresses, and Priority Royal Mail 24hr tracked(terms and conditions apply due to delivery zones, please contact for details).

How long does dispatch and delivery take?

• Orders are dispatched within 48hrs of receiving your order (Mon-Fri).
• UK bank holidays are not classed as a working day, so please allow an extra day for delivery.
• If you choose Priority shipping you can track the progress of your parcel online via Royal Mail.

Refusal: If a delivery is refused and returned to us and you would like a refund please note that the full (not subsidised or free) delivery charge will be payable and the remaining balance of the order refunded. We can only refund your money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and no later than 5 working days following the day we receive your returned product.
