We want all of our customers to be completely happy with their Handy Koala sign. However, we understand that from time to time you may have a reason for returning a product to us.

So, if you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Returns Procedure

In order to return your goods, please email us to confirm the reason at meadowcliffedesigns@gmail.com

You can then send the product back to us (within 7 days of our acknowledgement) and select a ‘signed for’ method of delivery.

Unfortunately, Handy Koala can not be responsible for the postage costs associated with a return.

Refunds

We will happily give you a refund for the price of your goods.

Important: We can only refund your money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and no later than 5 days following the day we receive your returned product.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
